I love when things are freshly clean, like dish towels & bath mats
T I P:
I just washed my plastic shower liner
I use to do it by hand on the floor, pain in the a@@
I put it in the washer & it came out full in tact!
I rubbed Wisk on the bad side & put 2 bath towels in with the liner & added another cap full of Wisk...washed on regular cycle (not gentle) on HOT & it worked, got all soap scum off...I wiped one side dry with a cloth & hung up in the shower to finish drying

I'd like doing laundry more if I had a nice laundry room ( cinderblock basement does not cut it). My husband likes doing the laundry and folds hangs and irons everything nicely. I can't fold sheets very well, so that is frustrating. My mom is a stickler for a neat linen closet.
Here's the job I love doing that no one else does- cleaning the fridge! SHH- don't tell anyone i work with that I like this job- the worst part of cleaning the fridge is waiting for the pokey people to decide if they are going to keep their food or not- I don't like to ask - I just like to decide and move on.

Oh, man, you would have loved working in the office I retired from. We had so many petri dishes growing gawd knows what, that you would've been in heaven.

I'm sure people do, but I don't. It rates right up there after having to clean the bathrooms. I love being able to dry my clothes on a rack outside on the deck when the warm weather returns. Just smells so fresh.

I can't say I "love" doing laundry, but I don't mind it. It seems to be a big chore for many people and something they find it difficult to keep up with. For me, it's never been that bothersome. With a washer and dryer and all the stain-and-spot-removing products and easy-care clothing available, it's just a matter of keeping an eye on the laundry hamper and tossing in a load or two when it's getting close to full. The laundry washes while I'm doing something else, dries while I'm doing something else -- and it takes only a few minutes to fold and/or hang a load of completed wash! My laundry room is on the main level right next to the master BR and near all of our living spaces, which makes keeping up extra easy. Laundry just isn't a big deal for me.

I don't like to do laundry, but I LOVE when it's done. I will confess that I like to clean, something about a neat, tidy & clean house that settles my mind.

It depends how much laundry you are talking about. I wouldn't enjoy doing laundry for 10 kids or for people who work in garages with oil and grease or for farmers covered in hay or manure.
Since I only have to do my own laundry, I don't mind it at all. Of course it would be nice to have a lovely large laundry room.

Probably (if everybody told the truth)

I would like to add to my previous post..my son dropped off his laundry..at least a week's worth! It took me 4 hours, needless to say I won't be doing it anytime soon, lol He had heavy jeans, sweatshirts etc. I have stackables, and it took forever to dry!! He's too busy, working, going to the gym and going out with his friends..mommy is NOT a maid, lol. I live with one of my sons and I do laundry most every day..no big deal!
A couple of years ago, I took care of 2 boys after school... I noticed the boys didn't have any underwear when they were changing into their karate clothes. I asked why and they told me they didn't have any clean clothes!. I went down stairs and found the laundry room was covered with dirty clothes! I did 8 loads that day! I couldn't imagine a mother treating her kids like that! Laundrys not a big deal when you do it often! Needless to say I didn't stay long with that family! A real eye opener. I felt sorry for her boys~
