If this needs to be returned, is it to QVC as normal? I read it's sent to a 3rd party vendor, and they're difficult to work with.

I would assume QVC, I didn't know if vendors get returns.  I bought one as the TSV and went back for a second on a previous free ship day.  I love them!

@skittles2 I definitely recommend contacting customer service. They can answer your question best and you wouldn't want the hassle should you return to the wrong location.
