I wonder what you all put out after you take down the Easter decorations. Next holiday isn't until Memorial Day - quite a ways away.

I got a few beach decor items I am going to put out as our weather is turning to summer here in Fl. - hopefully!

After Easter I go back to my regular decor which is actually my favorite decor.  Things stay that way (although I tend to move things around a bit) untill September when the fall stuff comes out.

I do not decorate for the summer patriotic holidays.  Not my thing.

Spring door wreaths and hanging baskets (Bethlehem lights - lights only worked for 2 weeks, flowers however still look great after four years).  Shortly now planting annual flowers around the patio.

I clear the mantle of all Easter and put up springish things and change the door decoration to something more spring like in color....

I just wish our weather would warm up a tad....40 degrees and windy here and I want sunshine.

I do fall or harvest decor and Christmas, otherwise, I don't give much of a nod to other holidays or seasons. I might change up pillows, throws and other accessories to lighten things up a bit for spring or summer, but that's more or less it.

My Easter decor is really just spring/summer decor with a few bunnies added, so I remove the bunnies and I'm good to go forward.  My house is in seasonal identity crisis right now.  Only one bedroom, the kitchen and the breakfast room have been changed over to their warm weather wardrobe.  The other bedrooms and living rooms are still sporting their after-Christmas winter colors.

I have very little Easter decor, just on my kitchen counter area, and fill a couple of lanters. When I put that small box of things away, my kitchen counter will get a few summer themed things till the tiny box of Americana comes out close to Labor Day. I will be on 'standard decor time' until late August or right after Labor Day, when my fall things come out.

This is the time of year where my home is free of excess decor. No wreaths on the doors, fewer things on all surfaces, fewer pillows and throws being displayed. In general a more open, light and clean look. I love it as much as I do when it's time to get out the fall things. I like the various changes in my decor throughout the year. Sometimes I feel like nesting and getting things out (fall and holiday/winter) other times I like it more clean and open. Change is good!

Re: After Easter decor

[ Edited ]

I don't decorate for Easter pers se.  I decorate for Spring and I do it for Easter because I usually have friends and family for Easter dinner.  I do put a big Easter basket full of Easter candy on the sideboard.  I go with my summer theme around Memorial Day.

Spring wreaths (not Easter specific) on the doors carry my decorating through June/July, when succulent wreaths replace spring decor.   Indoors, spring bunnies and eggs are replaced with fresh flowers when in bloom during the summer months.
Fall is my favorite season and that's when autumnal colors and pumpkins decorate inside and outside.
Halloween time is quite elaborate with spooky but tasteful decor.  At Thanksgiving I turn around my "Give Thanks" pumpkins to show their message of gratitude.  Yuletide is overlapped with Thanksgiving with decorated trees, lights, wreaths and seasonal decor.
I have outdoor seasonal hanging signs (on arrow bracket) that get changed out as well.  Which reminds me, now that the snow has melted, time to hang up spring flowers sign.

Right now my home is totally bare of ANY decor due to it having been "staged" for sale. Well, that is over , so after the housekeeper comes Wed. AM to clean , I'm going to be very happy to put my family photos and decor back out, so we are back to feeling cozy & comfortable in our home.
