@Oznell   Absolutely love that adorable yorkie!   The home is nice too.  I would love to spend some time there and would even let the pup share my bed.

Thanks for thinking of me.  Woofs

@golding76 ,  I was drawn to that colorful small lidded jar too!  Even though I'm mainly a "blue and green" fan.  I always love just a spike of more flamboyant hues for liveliness.

You probably also enjoy Imari porcelain, Rose Medallion, or Gaudy Welsh...

Re: AMERICAN RENTER IN LONDON

Very inviting. I think it would be the perfect second home for anyone who would like to live in London part of the year.

I don't think I would choose it as my permanent residence. I need more sun than London has to offer.

The Yorkie is adorable.

Re: AMERICAN RENTER IN LONDON

I really like it, its very soothing and comfortable-cozy!!!

Although part of me would like to add a few pops of color here and there, it would disturb the calming, soothing effect that it has right now!

Re: AMERICAN RENTER IN LONDON

@on the bay,  one of Kirsten and Jeorg's videos came across my feed the other day-- I hadn't watched any of theirs for quite a while.  Immediately thought of @ECBG , and all her wonderful contributions to the Home Forum. Greatly missed.

She would love the fact that K and J are coming along with the renovation of their own house-- it seems like a long time coming, but they seem to be having such fun doing it...

Re: AMERICAN RENTER IN LONDON

She's done a lovely job with the colors.

I do wonder how useful that patio is going to be come fall and winter.   I don't see window coverings over the doors, so they might be a bit draughty.

I am bothered by the tiny dining area.    I would have moved the lovely white sideboard piece to one of the bedrooms and put a nice small dining table with two chairs there for symetry and for having a better area for dining.   A nice glass-top table on a smart pedestal could give better utility without visually appearing to take up the entire space.  That litte banquette and tiny table just bothers me a lot.

I was thinking her family included children, but now I think it would be the couple and their precious little dog.
