"The Inspired Room" is one of my favorite all-time decorating bloggers, whom I've posted before.  She's rearranged her living room.  Note to @luvzchiz ,  heavy doggie content ahead!

That hazy, blue-green wall color is a favorite of mine--  hers is Benjamin Moore's "Beach Glass".  It's very similar to my living room wall color, B. Moore's "Woodlawn Blue".  Her off white trim color is called "Classic Light Buff" by Sherwin Williams.

Robin's egg blue, cream, and browns, from tobacco to taupe, for some reason, always feel restful to me.  But a room like this could work in virtually any color combo of one or two favorite colors, plus up to two more neutral shades that complement the color.

What are your favorite colors for a living room?

Also in here I love:

The relaxed feeling.

The French door/ window combination, letting in tons of light.

The use of wicker.

The pretty fabrics, different but coordinating.

Healthy plants.

The hospitable round table.

The painting over the fireplace, inviting dreaming...

The pups, of course.  She really maximized the 'cute' factor with them...

I would have liked it even more, if she had continued the bamboo blinds from dining area, into the living room.

If inclined, please don't forget to give YOUR favorite color or neutral combinations in a room!

Absolutely love those paint colors. Very calming and timeless. And, I'm a sucker for Doodles; they are so sweet!

I love the feeling that those rooms evoke, and I think the bamboo shades would have added more warmth, especially when cooler weather comes around.

@Oznell   what a peaceful room !  Love the French doors and windows .  I'm not particularly a blue person,  but  this color is beautful and fitting for the decor and beachy look .   The best part are the doggies!!

Yes, @Oznell I find this very soothing and relaxing. Love the blue, pretty and perfect.

I love the fireplace and the vases of flowers and plants strewn throughout.

The infusion of light is lovely but of course the sweet pups steal the show. Heart

I like the blue which seems a little gray for Robin's Egg.  love the white wood, the rug, and the sand shade of the adjoining dining area and kitchen.

Not fond of Staffordshire dog figurines.  I inherited a pair which are put up.
