I do somewhat prefer the more "French country" fall decorating approach of past posts,  to a modern one, but designer Ashley Childers did do a nice job in her house with a somewhat contemporary style.

She does have a lot to work with.

And a pretty garden to get ample clippings and fall branches to decorate the interior.  Puddy is adorable.

I wondered what sort of wreath would suit those geometric front doors.  She chose a very simple pair of chunky wreaths, with a deconstructed, trailing ribbon...  That color will weave itself through all her fall decorating indoors, too.

Her entry table has basically 3 items-- a mottled pottery vase containing branches, a chunky dried gourd on a marble base, and a glass candle.

I love that arty candle.  Is it one of those oil burning ones?  I don't know what you call them.

She has other pretty seasonal vignettes scattered around, with her trademark love for vintage pottery in ample view.

She already had couches in a rich milk chocolate color, perfect for fall.

Her fall throws and pillows are in a deeper espresso--

Her row of pumpkins are perfect for that mantel.  She brought in different candlesticks too.

At first I thought her accessories were black, but they are really that dark, dark brown.  As an aside, I love the channel quilting on this bench....

She always has interesting objects and textures.

On to the kitchen.  Here she said she just wanted a touch of autumnal copper ( the tea kettle), some seasonal botanicals from her garden in a vase, and some gourds, and call it a day....

Little gourds are so cute--

Again, she was sparing in the bathroom-- a modern ring vase with branches, and she changed the color of the towels...

All she had to do in the bedroom was change pillow covers and blanket-- the walls in here are already a cozy malted milk shade!

The more traditional mudroom got treated to some classic fall colors in wreath and pumpkin.

That house and entry are beyond awesome, so it is a wonderful canvas to begin decorating with.

It is all soo well done.   But she has huge rooms (like that kitchen).

The house makes me feel rather inadequate.

I LOVE❤️ everything about these simplistic to ornate gorgeous photos of her breathtakingly beautiful home! The clean lines of the living spaces, and congruent positioning of the furniture with ample natural and subtle lighting, instantly draw you in! Just the lovely outdoor space and grand cobblestone pathway leading to the MAGNIFICENTLY beautiful garden like area, with plush greenery as you approach the spectacular front door alone, is worthy of awards!😁 The gourds are harmoniously nestled in!

I appreciate the organic feel of some of the elements, but am not a huge fan of the twiggy wreath. Somehow it works for the intended purpose of adding another layer of earthiness!😊

 I LOVE❤️ the curious kitty!🐈

There is just SOOOO much to admire, that I would enjoy a personal tour.❤️

THANK you SO much for sharing these AMAZING photos!🤗

I love the outside gardens and decor and the spaciousness of the home.  Aside from that I am not a fan of her decor or furnishings.  I do not see the rooms as being warm and cozy and comfortable.  I enjoyed seeing the designs but it isn't my taste.

YTeah, don't like those twig wreaths on the front doors.  That's the trouble with having two doors, you really have to decorate them the same.  Takes a slightly different esthetic if you have to have two wreaths.

I noticed that issue with every chain has a perfect pillow.   It makes me a bit crazy.  When I see that, I then look for the number of lamps because I'm sure there are going to be pairs of lamps everywhere. Sort of too much, too perfect, too symmetrical.

For the most part, I do like her autumnal decorations except I'm not really a fan of white pumpkins.  And, those on her mantle are too small for that space.  I can't say I'm really a fan of her decor otherwise, though.

These alleged 'ribbons' are utterly ridiculous...

Personally, I'll pass on the fall scheme, such as it is, and the overall decor, such as it is, though I do like the cat...
