One good thing, all the sNOw and the large frozen areas on the Lakes should help raise the depths that have been falling the last few years.

hi Baba ! Yes,i saw the frozen Great Lakes satellite imagery ,on The Weather Channel last night . Wow , does that usually happen .?? I can see how that mass of ice , will cool the air for a cooler Spring . Like you say , all this snow will help water levels in aquifers most places. Poor California tho ......looks like a big issue with drought . ......I just started adding a dpfew spring decorations round the house yesterday . I changed the kitchen pendant light lampshades from the deep red Fall-Winter color , to the butter yellow I use for Spring-Summer . It really brightens up the kitchen . Tho, I do love the red shades which cozy up the kitchen for Fall & Winter too . .........I added a VPH straw bunny wreath that has carrots all around ........hung it on the dining room hutch . ( hutch , bunny ? Lol, didn't do that on purpose , lol ) ........do you remember that wreath from last year ? It makes me smile just to look at it !!!! It's so darn cute !! Loll. .........Oh , and I hung an Easter basket with flowers, eggs & a bunny on the front door ( the back is flat , it's meant to hang on a wall or door ) . ........Have more to do tho . A little bit at a time . I was back in hospital last week for 2 days ....total surprise but it all turned out well . Had a irregular heart rhythm . Never expected that ,lol. Life is never dull for sure . BTW , do you think we should keep this thread going ? Or should we chat on another thread ? I'm wondering if I could start a Spring -Summer thread , like last year .........I don't think I'm up to posting so manypictures & recipes like before , for now anyway .....or is there a thread that one of our friends has going , where we can all chat ? I know that Kat has a picture thread going on , but I don't think it's meant for chatting ...photos only . .......so , let me know what you think ? ....... Be well ! ttyl !

Blueskies---Sorry to hear that you spent two more days in the hospital. I understand that your not up to posting as much as you have been. I will leave it up to you and how your feeling. We can perhaps go to another thread. What ever is easiest for you, just let me know. Take care of yourself.

Baba , hi ! Hope you are well . I've decided to not start a thread at this time . Kind of tired . I guess I'll post a picture & say hi to kittykatkay on her picture thread sometimes . It's called something like " We can post pictures again ! Thank you webbie ! " .......It's in another forum tho ....." Among friends " I believe . I hope I meet you there ! Thanks for being such a constant visitor & friend here , all this time !! It was fun . Maybe we can do this again next Fall & Winter . I hope Spring arrives soon for you too . It's really slow here . Cape Cod is supposed to get the brunt of a Blizzard tomorrow night into Wednesday . Oh my . I'm just east enough to escape the worst , tho we may get a few inches of snow . It could be worse , right lollol ? Ok, ttyl . Be well and thanks again .
