I like the stools & island area best.  Not a fan of the lighting.  Goes nice for a mid-century mod home.

That's stretching it.

This is what a 70s kitchen looks like.    

Very similar to mine!

I took off all wallpaper, the cabinets are solid white and the dishwasher is white.

 

But this is pretty much my 70s kitchen.

Would love to upgrade but will have to wait.

The OP's photo of a "70's inspired kitchen" isn't anything like the 70's kitchens I remember.
