I bought my son the baseball cap with lights on the peak. Now he delivers for UPS and I gave it to him before Christmas because I thought he could use it when it is dark and he is still out running down people's driveways. Well, of course, the hat was too small--didn't come down far enough on his head. By the way his head is a normal size. So I have to return it. Bought it October 6th. I really hate losing at least $10 to only find out the product doesn't fit. Would have been helpful to know it ran small. So I will only get back $12 on my $22 purchase. Bah humbug....will be buying less from the Q in the future.

baileysue, the return date is January 31st.,2018.They have an excharge option, call customer service I'm sure they will work it out without no extra charge.

I wanted to know when the ending date STARTED since I bought it in October. Can't exchange it because there was only 1 size.

You should be fine. I remember in 2015 it began on 9/15. I think it was a few days later this year. It always begins in September.

Holiday return policy began on 9/23/17 & runs through 1/31/18!!
