Just received my gazebo and conservatory about an hour ago! The lighting is just gorgeous and they both are just beautiful! I am so glad I got them!! Thank you Valerie and QVC for offering such different and gorgeous items. Shipping was a bit of a headache but I’m so glad they are here now. I saw that there are some for sale. Get them!! They are well worth it!!!! Love love love them!!!!!

@Nadine O I'm so happy for you that you finally got yours ! Mine is on its way ! I'm looking forward to getting the conservatory now that I've read how beautiful it is in person ! I have the gazebo and I agree , at first I wasn't sure . I love the Iciness of it !

Finally received my conservatory today and it's extremely lopsided on the base. No replacements available so I guess I'll try to prop up one end and put garland or picks around the base to disguise the fix. I've already designed my holiday decor in my head based on having the piece or I would send it back. :-(. !!!

Came back to say that piece failed the timer test. I tested three times with three different sets of brand new batteries and the lights go off after one hour. I have to send the piece back even though I love the idea of it. I'll ask for an exchange, but I'm guessing that won't happen because of the low inventory.

@Marsha2003 - You may want to call customer service or contact social team to send you a new one now before they receive the exchange.

My gazebo timer is random. It comes on at random times. I don't know if it is for an hour or not .... but since it is usually gloomy during the day during the winter, I decided to keep it and just enjoy it when it decides to turn on.

@juanitalinda I wouldn't mind so much if I could leave it on constantly, but one hour is not acceptable for me. I wish it had been a three-way switch...on, off and timer. That would have worked better.

@Marsha2003 @I'm sorry to hear your conservatory is defective . I know how much you looked forward to receiving it .

especially when you had how you wanted to display it in your head and now a main component is not what you hoped .

try and see if you can get a replacement . I dont know if it is available , but if it is order another if you can , and send this one back

@Kitty Galore Thank you. I know it seems a little silly to be annoyed by such a minor thing as a decorative piece not working when there are so many other issues in the world. I appreciate that this forum allows us a place to vent about relatively trivial matters without incurring backlash from other posters.

@Marsha2003 NO its not silly at All ! I certainly would be upset especially waiting so long and looking forward to it. We can't control what things go on in our world . We have our own little worlds and they matter and little things can really give us some happiness . Nothing wrong with that
