So irritated, my order of the H493670 shipped 8-14 but has been "on its way" at the Hodgkins, IL hub since 8-17 and no change. QVC said it is lost unfortunately. I ordered the Ivory and color is sold out so CS was great to refund but I was excited to get them! Reviews have been some happy, some not - maybe meant to be that I did not get this time around. Anyone else have UPS status say on its way for weeks?

I'm sure that's disappointing @justK and you seem to have the same outlook I would have, it's just not meant to be to receive them.

However, don't be surprised if it just shows up one day. In the 30+ years I've shopped with QVC, there have been a few items "lost". All but one eventually showed up. Hopefully you will receive them this Fall season so that you can display them.

@justK That has happened to me too in the past but I did receive the item a few weeks later. Hopefully, you will stll get it.

@justK   I have had several things get lost in Hodgkins, IL through the years. I don't think any have ever eventually arrived.  But it has only been a week so there is still a glimmer of hope.

Last year I purchased a set of 2 tire inflators to give to my brother in-laws for Christmas.  The package was never delivered to our house and QVC refunded me.     

About 2 months later I got a charge from QVC for the same 2 tire inflators.  I inquired about it and the rep told me the package was damaged and UPS returned it to QVC.  She apologized that QVC had re-billed me for it and again applied a credit.

Hodgkins, IL is a black hole!  

I have to admit I have never actually had a package get lost, but many are stuck there for days before they move on.
