Tree in hat/boot thoughts....,

I'm really liming how valerie put the whole thing together with the children with the snowmen. I am not sure if I should get all three pieces I really don't need them for sure, hsve bins and bins of christmas stuff . As we all know here though we can't always help ourselves when we see something wonderful ... We have to hsve it , don't need it , want it lol. Any thoughts on the trees and figurines ? Anyone else purchased them? I am just debating if I should Cancel or purchase ....decisions , decisions ..

I thought the three pieces together were adorable. I especially preferred the tree inside the top hat to the Santa boot though.

I bought the two kids with the snowman, then tried to cancel (cause I only WANTED it too, didn't NEED it either), but was too late. Hasn't shipped but won't cancel.

I don't care for that type of decor at all, the hat or boot. I prefer the tree in a pot.

It looked like the battery boxes just rested behind the trunk - not hidden. I didn't care for them too much.

@DecorDiva. I saw that right say myself and feel it should have somehow been hidden away. I feel I could hide it if I had it, either with faux snow or adding some branches or pushing down the bottom limbs if possible . I do agree though I don't line the eSy it was done. .

@lucymo. See I normally don't lime this type of christmas decor either , I prefer more elegant decor . These pieces just somehow appeal to me , must be the nostalgia I guess. Don't even know where I would display as I don't have any other christmas decor like it.

@Mominohio. I hate when that happens! Seems lately I find it happening more. Things seem to be processing quicker . That is good in one way , but when you change your mind your stuck and can't cancel. Still trying to decide . I know I don't need the items , but I keep looking at them I DVR'D the shows.

@Kitty Galore If you think you would enjoy one of them then you should go ahead and get it. I once would have jumped on that but I just no longer want to include the style in my decor. But, it would make it's own place if I chose to get it, I think.

I mix it up with a few more rustic or old pieces like baskets and things like that just because I like the pieces. They don't 'go' with the other stuff that I use but do add some interest. My house is decorated in 'Lucy' style. lol

I do my down stairs bathroom in snowmen and I've been looking for a tree for a long time for some height so I bought the hat. I think it will look purfict.

If I had to choose one of the 2 styles I would choos the one with the snowman hat. I collect snowmen so this would fit in nicely with the decor. I don't like seeing the battery box so I would hide it with some decorations.
