The microlight sets that fan out ...

I remember seeing these on Alberti's tree last year - he had made them in a fan shape and placed them behind the bow at the top of his tree.It looked fabulous. I believe he used 2 - you get a set of 3. Does anyone have these and are you pleased with them.

@151949  Funny you should mention him putting them on his tree.  I purchased those specifically for that reason when I saw his Christmas video.  I go the silver ones for a white/silver tree and unfortunately, my tree was a pencil-type flocked tree, it was too small for how large those lights were.  If my tree was larger, I would have used them like hie did, but instead put them in a large floral arrangement done in a large mercury glass vase and they looked great.

I wouldn't hesitate to get them.  For any tree 6.5 tall or larger and a normal size (not pencil type) tree, they look really nice, and have a timer too.  Many colors are available in the "as-is" section.

My tree is 9 1/2 ft - & wide at the bottom. Thank you for the hint - I'll check out as is. I have to decorate my tree all the way around the back as well as the front because the back is open into the kitchen , so I have 2 bows on the top - a front and a back. I'll put the lights in between the bows I think.

Do you think I'll need 2 or will one do for the tree?

I think one set will work for your tree topper idea. I would use three to center the two bows. You'll have a few more options if your'd like to fan the strands down the upper part of the tree next to the bow ribbons. Just anothion option.

It comes in a set of 3 so I want to use one on the tree and the other 2 in two hurricanes on my DR table.

Does anyone have the item number for those lights?   Are they selling those this year?

Thank you...

The "as is" item number is H214207.  I just ordered some as the spikes are bendable.  They got pretty good reviews.

@151949 Sounds great for a tree topper. I was tempted, but the idea of four batteries per light was a deal breaker for me. Smiley Sad

@151949  If using for top of the tree, one set is plenty since they are large and have a good depth to them.  They are beautiful on top of the tree.

I may need to get another set....
