CS said no bulbs for sale on the Q. Phone number for Santas Best CS not open this weekend. Good grief is this going to be an issue?

Re: TSV tree-no replacement bulbs available?

Thank you for posting this.  I was wondering about the lights.  My question was, "what happens if the lights go out and you have to replace them?"  I have a Balsam Hill and really love the brand, so I don't think I will switch.

Hi @birdQ13 & @luvmybeetle - Our product data states that this tree has - Continuous On technology: ensures lights stay lit when one bulb goes out. This is from the manual "NOTE: A SPECIALTY NON-REPLACEABLE LED HAS BEEN APPLIED TO YOUR PRE-LIT TREE; IN THE CASE THAT A INDIVIDUAL LED BULB BURNS OUT, THE REMAINING LED BULBS WILL CONTINUE TO STAY LIT."  Thank you for posting in our forums, Kim.

So after a certain period of use it's trash?

It's officially called "disposable technology"

I thought LED lights don't burn out.  Are replacement bulbs even necessary?

Unfortunately, LED bulbs do burn out occasionally.  I've had a few burn out and not be able to replace...for instance in a flashlight and in a motion light...ended up trash...so I tend to be leery of permanent LEDs in certain items.

As for the tree, you can always buy a string of lights and put them on the tree, instead of trashing it.  But you are paying for the LED lit tree, that's the thing...that's where they get you.....
