We purchased this wreath from Costco yesterday ($15) and it is the perfect backdrop for the sweet cardinal ribbon I recently purchased. Either from Big Lots or the Dollar Store, can't remember. I wasn't sure how I would use it, but when we got the wreath, I felt this was it's home. I love, love, love making bows when I find such cute ribbon.1120170720 (600x800).jpg

Love it!  I adore cardinals and the ribbon sets off the wreath nicely.

@pattypeep - beautiful!!  I also purchased the fresh wreath from Costco over the weekend.  How can you go wrong - fresh and decorated  for $15?  I am also a "ribbon-aholic" and love to buy beautiful ribbons and make bows.  I may even have that cardinal ribbon in my stash!

@pattypeep  That is beautiful ribbon and great job on the bow.  I too love ribbon and making bows.  I haven't seen that cardinal ribbon yet.

@pattypeep

That wreath and the ribbon are simply beautiful!

I'd like to put in my order for three of those please!!!

You are quite a talent with ribbon! I never learned how to make a really nice bow, and I want to. I'm sure You Tube would be the place to start.

Man o Man, that ribbon is simply stunning!

That's really pretty & I admire your bow making skills, I've tried but can't get beyond tying a simple bow on shoes. Love Cardinals so it was a treat seeing your wreath...Thanks for sharing.

@Mominohio

This is all you need. It may have come with instructions, but I've had it so long I can't remember and/or they've been tossed. This is by easier by far than trying to manhandle ribbon into a bow.1120171050_Burst01.jpg

I have the plastic version of the bow maker - the Bowdabra - and it does make it easier.  I wish it had a scale on it like the wooden ones do.  I saw one at a thrift store but thought, why do I need another one?  I often forget I change exchange or upgrade something - that I don't have to keep the same things forever!
