I agree.
Knowing pink is a Millennial favorite should answer any of our questions about Easter colors being used at Christmas.
Yes, IMO, the sets look dead unlike the cheerful celebration that occurs on December 25.
Last year, QVC took decorations down several days before they closed up shop for Christmas vacation. The set was so white, it looked like the Arctic during a blizzard. "Oh, hello, we're declaring Christmas is over."
Santa, Rudolph, and the rest of the reindeer gang were still resting for the long flight.

@I am still oxox Most people now have to get buying done early or it won't arrive on time if shipped or it is gone by the time December rolls around.
I agree @Sooner - I'm trying to get my shopping done in the next few weeks because I don't want it tangled up in a shipping mess.

With hosts, co-hosts, vendors and multiple models, I imagine the sets were becoming too cluttered with too many distractions which take away from the product. The show is about the product, not interior design.

Yes, but with QVC's track record in shipping, this is when they need to make the most sales in order for gifts to be received on time.

I had the same thought yesterday - very sparse decorations. Nothing like they used to do. Of course nothing is like they used to do.

I went to a beautiful restaurant last year for a Christmas get together with friends. Their website showed a big wreath over a roaring fireplace. When we went there was not one festive decoration. We asked the server why and we were told that the wreath offended someone😢😢

No one is rushing Christmas. Just pointing out an observation by someone who has watched QVC for about 25 years. Most of their good items are sold out by Thanksgiving and they have slim pickings by December.

Yes I remember that. I think they keep up one tree until New Years and that's it.
do you remember the great room with the huge tree by the staircase that they used to have? They had garland on the staircase railings and poinsettias, and even the kitchen sets were decorated. HSN has had minimal decorations for quite some time. I guess now that QVC has acquired HSN they are just following suit.

I love the color of the balls on the trees. The pink, blues, gold. Refreshing.
