Consumer spending has dramtically cooled off and retailers are scrambling with sales, promotions - even Amazon is putting up another Prime Day this October...  I'm not surprised QVC is pushing another all Christmas weekend.  I monitor the Christmas items to catch price reductions, low inventory or "As Is" items I may be interested in and I'm not seeing much change in inventory. 

BTW - a couple weeks ago someone posted a comment that QVC ignores their long time customers - offering coupons, discounts, promos to new customers 1st, 2nd purchases and some to their QVC card hold.  I replied to that post stating long time customer spending lots on decor and Christmas.  After the post I received an email from QVC with a 20% coupon...Problem is I've tried it on several purchases and NONE of them qualified for the discount.  I deleted the email. Then they sent me a survey quetionnaire and I deleted that as well.  In this economy QVC would be well positioned to cater to their solid customers who buy their fair share and don't stiff them on EZ-payments.  Don't hold your breath.

I have received about three different coupons this summer. I would consider myself a long standing customer.

I am hoping for better ep options on 9/21 and 9/22. Free shipping is great but of course they don't offer it on the big weekends. When it is the day after it makes me UGH! as I add up the shipping from the day before.

All in all, I am excited for Sept 21-22 weekend to see what is offered. I try to keep up with what is available locally as well so I have that in mind when watching Q. I will then have a better idea of items available that will compliment each other.

I am a long-standing customer and I used the coupons.  They said no sale or clearance items, so I used them on food--good deal.

The prices at QVC are pretty fair--especially if you wait a few months for clothes to go on sale.

I will try to squeeze in some QVC holiday shows, but I am always at the same point I am for every Christmas--what to buy my brothers and nephews?

QVC is great for women, but not as many choices for men. 

I am overloaded with home decor.  Oh, well!
