Re: Pretty Holiday Wrapping paper

For the past few years, I have really liked brown paper packages under the tree in our country house.  I will usually pick one roll of brown paper with a simple design on it to mix in.  Last year I tried some Origami type wrapping and found it was really simple  and fun (lots of video instructions on You Tube).  I used up a lot of the brown paper rolls I had as well as odds and ends of ribbon and package decorations I had accumulated.C6F97940-835B-40E4-8958-734934AD2F68.jpeg

@manny2   I saw an idea in a magazine that I have used.

Wrap the gift in brown paper and then using a good quality

brown velvet ribbon, tie the gift and make a bow. I added a few small pinecones to the bow. It is nice giftwrap for a man's gift.

I love that idea. @Enufstuff  Thanks, I’ll try it.

@IShopQ    Your packages look beautiful, but they hardly look like they were "simple" to do!  So lovely!
