I just updated my tablet to Nougat OS and all of a sudden there is NO autocorrect occurring!  Angels are singing.  LOL.  Any typos are now my own fault, though, when on this device.

LOL at angels singing.  I've thought about turning off autocorrect, but I probably make more typos than I think.
