Martha's lighted pine cones

[ Edited ]

Martha mistakenly said her Luminaria pine cones were based on "redwood" cones.  They are lovely, but would be quite tiny if based on redwood cones.

As an amateur naturalist, I thought I should point out that large cones are from pines such as the Coulter pine.  (Redwoods are not pines, of course.)

Thanks for sharing, This is very interesting and  like to learn something new as often as possible.  That large one is fantastic.
