Does anyone know what I can do to get help? I purchased a home reflections tree July 2023 - when I put it up last Christmas the middle light strand was flickering. Home reflections gave me instructions by email to try to fix it, it didn’t work. When I took it back out this year it is worse and the lights are a different color. Home reflections will not answer the phone or email me back now. These trees are expensive and this one has never worked and I cannot get anyone to assist - there’s supposed to be a 2-5 yr warranty on it. Any ideas on what to do?

@Smh, Is Home Reflections a QVC house brand? I think it is. Possibly you can see if they have a Facebook page and contact them that way.
