H209281 garland

[ Edited ]

Is this set of garlands new or old? I thought I found the listing under new arrivals, but haven't been able to trace my steps back.  I thought I had bought something like this before, but my past order list shows nothing.

If anyone has these (if they are old), is there massive amounts of glitter falling off?

@Nomore They definitely look new to me...never see bottle brush garlands before!

@Nomore - Yes, these were listed under "new arrivals".  I don't recall seeing these in years past. I ordered a set of both green and silver.  I don't like excess glitter either, and I'm not fond of the iridescent glitter that is used on most items now.  So we'll see.

@Susan Louise , @DecorDiva  Thank you! I thought I was crazy.

They look like they won't take up much room in a storage box. I'm leary about bringing in more glitter into the house. Looking through the zoom, I can't figure out why they say they are antiqued.

I purchased 3 sets of the garlands and only got one per box although they say you get two. I called customer service each time and they would send me out a new set. Once again it would have one per box. Finally they sent me an email stating that it was a mistake and you only get one for the price, not two. I have five total out of the six I purchased and they refuse to stand behind their mistake and send me the last one. They are not worth the price they raised them to and only you only get one! I'm going back to Amazon Prime!

These were definitely advertised originally as a set of 2, and HERE is the video that proves it.  That's awful that they don't honor what they advertised.

I received the email as well about their "mistake".  Basically it said you can return them if you expected the set of two for the price.  I definately would not pay more than the CIJ price for these.  When I get ready for Christmas decorating I may even return them if they don't work out as a single garland.

@RazorSharp  It's false advertising, and legally, they have to honor what they advertised.
