I was very disappointed my review of Cheryls cookies was not posted even though it said review was received. I sent another review and they said I had already reviewed the product. I guess they didn't like what I said about the cookies. I don't think I'll trust reviews anymore.

It takes several days for a review to post, sometimes 5 even. It is because they review the reviews, and that takes time.

I will say, that I have written a number of one star scathing and negative reviews, and each one was posted, in it's entirety without any editing.

Give it a week and if it isn't posted, submit it again.

As is always seems to take longer.  Your experience is not unusual.

After approximately 8 days my review of Cheryl's cookies has not appeared. If they did not like what I said, which really said cookies were not good, they should have let me know they were not using. Seems like a small matter but it troubles me.

I placed a food order while watching the show and then immediately used my tablet to check ingredients as I have allergies.  Within 30 minutes I called customer service to get further information.  They could not help me so I asked her to cancel my order.  She said she could not cancel because food orders are immediately sent to the venders.  I had to accept the order and then return it unopened.  All of my money was refunded.  I have decided that because of allergies I 2will not order food products again.

That's really odd....Ive never ordered food from QVC but a friend of mine has .....  and if something goes wrong from what I've been told, and even read here on the Forums, they usually tell you to throw the food away (and I guess they let the vendor take the money "hit")....Why would they want it returned....I hope they dont try to re-sell it---that's crazy and doesnt sound like it would go along with food health codes---or why would they want it sent back just to throw it away ??????????????  Things that make you go....hmmmmmmm.

Id follow the suggestion that were posted regarding emailing the social team or posting your situation on CS category of the forum.....

It is not just QVC....I wanted to order a Minnie Mouse quilt for the Granddaughter at JC Penney's. As soon as I hit the order button , I realized she had a full size bed not Twin. I immediately called CS and was told it is already 'in process'.

The only thing to do at that point was to order the right size and refuse the 'wrong' one....as per the CS rep.

Took a week and a half to actually get it.....go figure..

@Nataliesgramma

WOW!!!  Talk about company inefficiencies and inconvenienceing their customers.....that didnt even make sense that they couldnt modify the order.....with JCP struggling to stay in business you'd think they'd be doing anything they can to make sure processes were in place to make it convenient and keep customers happy ...

Bottom line at QVC FORGET cancelling or changing an order in December.  No matter WHAT it is!  That stinks!  Of course they don't tell you that.

Tried to cancel a Mally makeup kit for someone and couldn't do it from 20 minutes after I ordered it.

Usually this time of year, shipping has really ramped up at Q and things get to me in record time. Same with a number of other retailers.

But this year is different. It seems processing and shipping are just as slow as ever. Wonder what the deal is. Is it QVC, UPS or a combination of the two? I just don't know. What I do know is that shipping is just slower this year than normal for this time of year.

@Mominohio

I ordered some Ryka's and got them in record time.....and a friend ordered a blouse and remarked how quickly QVC sent it....I think it depends on what warehouse things come from and whether it's shipped from QVC or the manufacturer........I think "early bird" orders get sent out quickly....the later orders the more problems and it depends on the retailers efficiencies in place too....I guess a lot of factors drive it....

Also I just think UPS, USPS, and FED EX are just overwhelmed by the sheer volume of deliveries and think they have enough manpower to cover it, but they just don't have enough delivery people....a lot more customers  order Christmas gifts online these days....when my friend went to pick up her QVC blouse at her Apartment Office the Manager told her they've never had so many packages.....

One thing I found out is don't talk about price or mention a competitor's product in your review...if you do... it's normally rejected .......

I'd  post your concern in the CUSTOMER CARE category of the FORUM ....OR post your comments about the cookies on Cheryl's Cookies' Facebook Page.....someone usually pays attention to Facebook  comments....
