Christmas Tree with burlap base

I hope someone can help me out.  On set, there is a green Christmas Tree with a burlap base.  It looks like it may be 3 or 4 feet tall because it is on a counter or something else to give it height.  I searched online, but don't see it.

Does anyone know if QVC sells it?
