The large hurricane fairy lights does not light up.

I put in two fresh batteries and the large one does not light up.

Where can I get a replacement fairy lights for the starry night hurricanes?

@Carayudt    QVC does not carry parts for the devices it sells.  Your only choice would be to return the whole item for a refund.  You might contact the moderators at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com and see if they can help you. Include your order number.
