@Susan Louise  I love your tree topper and all of your ornaments and garland!

I have some really old very random as well as a few crocheted ornaments from family long-gone but well-remembered.  And then I have modern versions similar to your retro/vintage gorgeous ornaments.

Question: How would I search for this particular unique shape of ornament---it is in the upper left of your second photo, cylinder-ish shaped (?)  That is a new shape to me.  Just curious.  Thanks

@SHOPR  Thank you Smiley Happy

As for that particular ornament, it is one of the ones that is an antique. Several years ago I went down a rabbit hole when searching for a particular type of ornament on Ebay.

That got me hooked...

There would be days I would spend hours at a time going through all the ornaments, antique glass beaded garlands and vintage tree toppers.

For about a 5 year period from about 2015-2020 I was collecting vintage & antique ornaments. Most of them I acquired through Ebay and the rest through Etsy.

I had so much fun, but had to stop. I wound up with enough to fill 2 6-7' trees...LOL  No regrets and the extra ornaments allows me to change them out from year to year when I decorate.

To search for an ornament like the one you pointed out, I suggest narrowing down your search on Ebay & Etsy to antique ornaments 1st, and then to vintage ornaments.

In the process of your searches, you will easily get drawn into a rabbit hole...so many wonderful ornaments to choose from.

Please update me if you find any special ones you order/buy... Smiley Happy
