As I recall from the past couple of years, that CIJ sales in May ( May 25 of this year) was principally selling the old stock of Christmas stuff so as to clear out space for the new presentations later in June.

I like CIJ but May 25 is 7 months till Christmas. Guess they will be clearing out inventory. I've read ships are coming into LA half full from China. We shall see. Tariff cuts are coming per the news today.

She really out did herself on the spring collection. Those light up indoor/outdoor butterfly I got in every color and even got some as gifts. Unique, and different. Then she had the light up shells. Soft warm glow i can't wait to see what she brings us for CIJ. Wish temptations would bring back the red snowflake pattern. Think I might get a new wreath if Bethlehem lights has one on a timer. I will be watching...

I don't pay any attention to CIJ. I don't understand the point of it. But I have been thinking about how I want to decorate for Christmas this year. We had new carpet installed and hubby pulled everything out of the big walk in closet. Much of it being So Christmas stuff. So I looked through some of it. Started thinking and now I find myself jotting down notes.

I look forward to it every year. It may sound crazy to some but if I can get a head start on the gift shopping and the decor it makes for less stress come Dec. And the holiday is stressful enough without not getting a head start!

I had set a reminder that there was a Christmas show on QVC2 today. Looks like they changed the description as Christmas isn't in it any longer. I was looking forward to it even though it would most likely be leftover stock.
