You could try asking Valerie on her Facebook page; she is very responsive to questions and is very involved in her Q shows, so she may know...

it is beautiful !  ever time I hear i just feel it's so elegant and festive!   It is the same music that L. Robertson had on her holiday shows,  I recognized it right away when Valerie first started having it.
