It could be your internet security settings on your anti-virus system you use---Norton, MacAfree, Kapersky etc etc......this might be the case if it's all your browswers.  You may have to add Collections Etc as exception ...

Also sometimes it has to do with security settings on your Browser, you have to allow cookies or something. When I can't order from sites using Firefox (Mozilla has additional security settings too), when that happens I try Chrome without any problems.....

@Spurt  Thank you.  I use Chrome.  I forgot to ask DH, but I am not going through any hassel just to shop at one place.  I have never had this issue with any online shopping, and I get around, lol.

I have ordered from Collections Etc in all the orders I've made over the years, there was only one item I was not happy with and returned, but all the rest of the merchandise I have been happy with my purchases. As @lucymo has said read the size and descriptions carefully because the item might be smaller than expected.  I also read the reviews.  

One time they sent the wrong item, instead of a shower curtain I got a set of knives so I called them, the CS Rep was very nice, she told me to keep the knives since it was their mistake and she would send out the shower curtain right away, which they did. And the knives I got as a bonus are great!!!

I found out about "Collections Etc" back in the late 1990's.

I can honestly say...I have had pretty good luck with my purchases from them. What I mostly buy from them is for "Outdoor Decor'...Garden, Patio and Outdoor Holiday.

I just checked my order online.  Good grief, it started out in Illinois, ended up going to Maryland (I'm in Pa) and now it's in West Virginia.  Who knows where it's going to go to now.

It's going Fedex smart post - what's so smart about bouncing it all over the place... ugh.

Well, nothing I can do about it other than wait; and I ordered 3 items and my luck they'll all be arriving in different boxes.  The EDD is 9/16.

They have some cute and differnet things.....the only thing I'd watch out for is the AS SEEN ON TV merchandise that doesn't always live up to expectations---LOL!

There used to be a place called Terry's Village, but the owner decided to close up shop.....I used to really love that site....he had similar stuff to Collections Etc, but also a bit upgraded stuff too....  I miss that, but you know there are other retailers out there too.....I went to Hobby Lobby this weekend and they had so many nice fall and Christmas things.....
