A FEW MORE SPRING/ EASTER ITEMS

2349520-81164543-04042024-IMGSET.webp

At Hobby Lobby,  Market Square floral table runner, 13" by 70" inches,  $12.99.      Embroidered,  looks like linen, but is easy-care, machine-washable.  The flowers and butterflies are in such soft spring colors!

More Hobby Lobby--

I wasn't sure in my last alert if they still had the bird plates in the stores, but have checked and my store definitely does.  $4.59 each--

Also, there is a lovely floral platter, that is gold rimmed, at $14.99--

There were tons of bee accessories, interestingly.  Most likely our @just bee doesn't need any more in her life, but maybe some other bee fans do.... and they are very spring-adjacent!

Charming embroidered table runner-

bee place mats, not over the top--

And more--

For the record, there were also really nice sunflower- themed items too, in the same color family of course.

For any fans of Dennis Basso's home aesthetic discussed previously,  Hobby Lobby even offers a few pieces of chinoiserie, drastically on sale right now.  There's a huge "statement" vase at 14 inches, now only $25.99--

Blue and white flared floral vase--

And a few lidded jars, for even less--

Blue and white, if you like it, is such an impactful, ever-fresh look, utterly timeless.  And not all of it has to have a 'pedigree'.   I have a tiny collection, that started with a vintage fat jar, decades ago, but I also filled it out with Amazon and second-hand finds. But not for prices this good!

The floral monogram cups at Hobby Lobby  would be very pretty in an Easter basket--

I love "tea-for-one" sets too, and QVC has reduced its darling Temp-tations Egghunt tea-for-one (K90281) to $13.99.  Doesn't matter if it's Easter-themed--  any bunny and tea lover would use it all year, every day!

And finally, this is getting away from the "bargain" theme of the thread, but Temp-tations has started making some very cute "cabbage ware" items, including this sweet 2 quart bunny bowl (K310323) and the 1.5 quart pitcher, (K310324) at $30 each:

Not to mention that Valerie also has a nostalgic set, that includes pitcher, and salt and pepper too, (H481211) at $39 ....

That first table runner with the butterflies is pretty enough to convert into a wall hanging.

@Oznell

Thanks for the heads-up, but I swore off collecting after the house fire.

And that's why I limit my shopping at Hobby Lobby to five minutes (park car, run into store, purchase gift card, return to car).

Great store, but way too tempting. Woman LOL

Re: A FEW MORE SPRING/ EASTER ITEMS

@Oznell   Beautiful.......I love the bird plates.  Although, not buying any dish or plate!  I have several - one each of different plates, one of a bunny, one or two birds, a few single Christmas themed plates, or a pretty piece of Portugal china.  Mostly, a one time purchase from TJM, Marshalls, or home goods.  (Sometimes a ridiculous price of $1-$3).  I enjoy eating my light meal off of them.  They make me happy, even enjoying a bagel, muffin or snack.  I have also used various single plates under plants.

Re: A FEW MORE SPRING/ EASTER ITEMS

So pretty I love critter themed items and especially like the first butterfly runner and sweet bird plates.

I need to make a Hobby Lobby stop. It's so fun just to walk around and window shop but it can be dangerous!

Re: A FEW MORE SPRING/ EASTER ITEMS

@Oznell The items with the cabbage and bunny "cabbage ware" look like Fitz and Floyd items I have had for 30 years!

Adorable!

@Major Shopper ,  I love Fitz and Floyd too!  You're right, the bunnies are reminiscent of their charming items.
