@Bird mama   Good to have put that behind you. After all, there's nowhere like Stressville for the holidays...   I have to say, I miss the 'old days' with moderate size family gatherings around the holidays, but don't miss having to run to gatherings on both sides of my parents' family homes and then back to my parents house on Christmas Day. It's very quiet now, perhaps too quiet, but as we age, maybe a little bit of quiet is a good thing!

I have family members like this, and it used to infuriate me. So, like you, I learned that I can only control my own reactions. And my reaction is not to join them for holidays.

I ordered the Aimee Kestenberg bag when it was "guaranteed" to be here for Xmas. It wasn't. Then it went to backorder. Then it went to "in process". Then it went to backorder again. Now its in process again. Customer service has been useless in advising me what is going on. The person it was for has now gone back home to Michigan. Livid doesn't even begin to describe how I feel and will NEVER trust QVC to get items here in time for Xmas again.

does anyone have the AK milan convertible belt bag?  A630862?

i ordered the island ombre and reviewers said the color faded and rubbed off.  is that possible? they also said it did not fit their cell phone.  i find that questionable.  

any info would be appreciated.  

i love the hologram snake and want to order but wary from these reviews.
