Just wondering what does this have to do with handbags?

@shop4less Not on any authority to know,  I suspect this may be because the items may have been sent via FEDEX SMARTPOST a new endeavor by FEDEX which seems  to be still in the process of working out  I had a package from Haute Look mailed to me that way and it went back and forth a few times before I received it.  I finally called Haute Look and got a deivery date which was accomplished.  Try to see how QVC sent your package. I never again received packages vis Haute Look from SUREPOST.

PS I understand that UPS has bundles of packages ready to be shipped to local post offices, but UPS is inindated with too many packages to handle.  This may explain delay of QVC shipping packages.

@tobes So true! Orders being "in process" for a month or more is a QVC problem but once an item ships then there's all kinds of other problems with UPS and USPS. Why I get packages from other outlets much more promptly is a mystery though.

I just checked on the tracking of an item I ordered. It originated at the warehouse in my city, went to a neighboring state, and is still there.  It was UPS and now mail innovations.  That adds days on to the delivery time.

I live less than 5 miles from the warehouse. What a waste of time.
