I carry these small crossbodies. In fact, I see lots of women carrying these bags. I don't own a satchel or tote. I carry 7 items. Phone, credit card case, keys, sunglasses, tissues, aspirin and chapstick. I don't need to carry a bunch of stuff with me.

Thank you!  I never know brands to search for on Amazon.  Like, what are good women's brand clothing names on Amazon?

@snipsnapsnur  try Ilovedooney they have lots of satchels in many different sizes and colors as well as Amazon.  I hope you can find one.

I haven't seen many satchels for sale or being carried by women lately. Just not trending now, I guess? 

I've never owned satchels because I always needed my hands free to carry lots of things from my car to my science room when I taught school. I still prefer shoulder bags and crossbody bags even though I'm retired. I just like my hands to be "free".

Pretty much anything that you see even QVC's brands. I'm usually comparing their handbags prices between Macy's, Dillards, HSN.

Came across ISWEE brand and their leather and roomy and cheaper then others.  When I see Dr. Adams on Gunsmoke I always laugh and say 'Yep,

that's my bag'.   ROFL
