Maybe not for me, but I see them everywhere!!!

Young moms, ladies w/ canes, gals of all ages.

It is VERY current.

Don't see their purpose.  Too small and awkward.  Another fad???  A crossbody works the same way and more versatile.

I think they can look really cute on others, but I don't like them on me. I have one that I got at a really good price just to try it, but it's not my best look. I actually feel the same about regular cross-body bags. I love them on others but not on me! Smiley LOL

@Shanus I bought the IHPWIP sling/crossbody (A684781) bag when it was a TSV about a month ago.  I haven't gotten a chance to use it yet but plan on carrying it as a crossbody, never across my chest.

I have one of those bags from years ago.  It's black leather and looks EXACTLY like the TSV.

I stopped using it because it was considered "old lady" and everyone made fun of them.

Now, all of a sudden, they are back in fashion.

I won't be buying a Fanny pack again. I've been there, done that already.  This style will probably not last and will be an old lady bag again.

I'll stick to cross body bags.  I am an old lady, but don't want to look like one.

How does this differ from fanny packs?  (Which I had but never used in the old days when they were popular.)

@Krimpette I had those too back in the 1990s.  I used it once when we were in Disney (I had purchased a Disney fanny bag) and dug it out a couple of other times when I was selling at a craft show.

I wore that around my waist.

Not a fan at all - would rather wear a short strapped shoulder.

I did try one on at a store and it was awkward, felt uncomfortable. I'll stay with my small crossbody Woman Very Happy

Not interested at all. I prefer form with my function.
