Thanks for your honesty, @Boehm Collector. As l've replied earlier to @stevieb, l now concur. In a "what was l thinking?" moment, l thought that since l was enjoying the same bag in ivory, l should order a second one in a different color. But l don't like it nearly as much in the bright color-- and it's not as useful-- so l'm taking it to the consignment store.

Every season I treat myself to a new purse to be my everyday carry bag. For this spring/summer it is a mint green purse since colored purses seem to be trending and I am a person who loves color. I leave the worrying about matching my purse to my outfit for more dressy occasions than going to the diner for lunch or to publix for milk. I think my pretty mint green will be nice and cheerful, and I think the OP should definitely get herself a pink purse.

Last year I bought the OrYANI pink backpack, Misty Pink or something and LOVED it.  I couldn't believe what a great neutral it was, it seemed to "go" and compliment everything I wore.... so when the OrYANI came out with their TSV in the Insider (TSV is scheduled later this month) I ordered the pink one, it came a couple of days ago and I am really in love with the color.  I don't think it's quite a baby pink but it is already one of my favorite handbags.  Love the color and yes, I will use this bag all Spring and Summer (and the backpack)... love them!

I purchased this bag in blush during the Nordstrom sale last summer, and I have found it goes with nearly everything.  About the only thing I wouldn't wear with it is bright red.  The one in the photo is called "rich cream," but it looks very close to the blush color I have.  The color of mine is a bit more toward nude.

ETA:  It's a Vince Camuto Teri tote.

Wow..just got an e-mail today:  even my practical and sedate Kipling is doing PINK with daisies.  With a pink monkey yet !!
