I don't know if that bag is overpriced, but I do know I'm not spending that much today for any bag.  That's really the only decision I feel as if I need to make. 

I'm not even sure what overpriced means.  Is it the same as expensive or just costing more than the person speaking wants to pay for it.  To me, overpriced means I can buy the very same item elsewhere for less money.  Sad to say, most overpriced bags I'm attracted to rarely get to a price I want to pay until I'm no longer interested at all.  My closet is already full of old things!

I think most of Dooney is overpriced for the style you get. I remember seeing one bag that was the size of a pencil case with a thin strap for $129.00. But if people buy what do we expect?
