Overall, I like it a lot but think the gros grain strap needs to be leather.  I have a ton of leather straps from old Dooney bags I can easily clip on, but the strap needs to be leather or at best thick navy canvas on this.

Otherwise, I love the look, size and weight and have been on othe hunt for something exactly like this.  It is little but big enough for my cell phone, a pair of glasses, card case or coin purse, hand sanitizer in little bottle and a mask. It is wider and deeper than a lot of little bags I have.  Not by much but enough.

I love the leather flap too.  

With a different strap it will be something I'll carry for almost everything now.  And it is small enough to throw in a lot of bigger bags.

If I didn't routinely carry more than this would hold, I'd probably decide I don't need to carry a bag at all...

@stevieb Mine isn't the one in the picture.  It is a dark navy canvas with a big leather flap, and isn't made the same as the one in the picture.
