Just watching a few minutes of the presentations of these handbags on HSN. Beautiful!! If I had some place to wear them!!! I might be tempted although they are bit beyond my price point!!

Does anyone own one of these bags?

I have a beautiful Mary Frances oval hard case black velvet opera bag that is small. Maybe 7" wide. It has a beaded handle in the shape of music note. I bought it maybe twenty plus years ago. It was pricey then. I didn't know if they were still making these beautiful bags. I'll have to check out HSN. I do wear it to the opera now and then. It is a treasure, and still beautiful.

i am a collector of mary frances handbags.

i have about a dozen or so right now.

i buy them directly from the site, from a resale group on facebook, or from boutiques that carry them.

they are definitely a weakness of mine. i have some on display in my bedroom.....they are THAT beautiful!

@kaydee50 I own one right now, it's the one with the wine glasses on it as it fits my love of wine! I bought it a long time ago on HSN and was surprised she was on yesterday.

She doesn't have shows very often. I did order the phone crossbody yesterday that was on clearance for 39.99, I couldn't believe that price! I use small phone crossbody bags when going out for dinner as I don't like to carry my regular bag for nights out. They are exquisite!

I find the bags cute and unique. Unfortunately because beaded bags come with additional weight, for me nowadays they are only for special occasions.

I have a few of MF bags and love them. I don't wait to carry it for a special occassion. They look great with just jeans and a tee. It pops any outfit.
