I ordered one of the holiday prints, after about 10 days it said "shipped". For another 10 days it said "en route to UPS", and when I called CS, they said, basically, oops, it never actually got shipped, and of course none of the holiday prints were in stock. Ugh. So I forget when in December the lay-flat shoppers were on sale, and I thought one would be the perfect gift bag for a gift to my Sister-in-law, so I ordered it. Same deal, took over a week to say "shipped" and after another week I called. They had the print in stock and shipped it again. Magically the original order shipped, and when it arrived, I didn't realize it was the first order, 10 days later the second order arrived, and I called CS, asked if they would exchange the holiday print for an everyday print that I would keep for me. They were happy to. That was in December. It's now February, and the exchange that was to have arrived 1/31 actually shipped on 1/31. It may or may not arrive on Saturday. It's rather annoying that to the Q, shipped means "we printed a label", but in my world, if I say I mailed something, it means I put a stamp on it and put it in the mailbox. Gee, Q, I mailed my Q card c,payment heck - by which I mean I wrote the check, not that I actually took it to the post office. That means it's not late, right?

Been thinking recently that Lug should only be sold & advertised as "Advanced Order" when presented on-screen or "Delayed Shipping" when ordered online/via the app. It just seems from many testimonials that it takes at least 2-3 weeks post-order before it even begins the pack & ship process.

Lug ships from the Toronto, Ontario area and can't be tracked until it crosses the border at Buffalo, when the bags are delivered to UPS. It takes awhile for shipments to clear customs, so have patience; your bags will get to you.

@Buffalogal47 I think more vendors on the Q are shipping out their own products but in Lug's case since they come from Canada I think there is more time involved in the processing/shipping/receiving; sometimes it's 2-3 weeks for me as I'm on the west coast.
I've noticed other comments concerned about the time involved in getting the bags from Lug so have thought that maybe they could be more forthcoming during the presentations that there will be additional time to receive the bag.

@colleena I absolutely agree that the host and Amy should state that Lug products ship from Canada, and depending on where the customer lives, it may take 2 to 3 weeks to receive an order. I used to live in Buffalo so I got mine fairly quickly, but I'm now in North Carolina so it takes longer. It all depends on how quickly the shipment clears customs.

@ChouChou As I said earlier I wish Lug/QVC would be more forthcoming on the shipping of their handbags during the presentations/on line. I understand they ship from Canada, go through customs, then ship to us which since I live on the west coast takes 2-3 weeks for me to receive. And, I don't think they are updated in the computer until they make it through customs. I love the bags for the organization, colors, not being heavy but I don't like that they take so darn long for me to receive them.

I agree....why couldn't they be honest and tell you that shipping may be longer!
At least you could make a decision whether you want to wait that long.
