I was a big fan of KVZ handbags.I know she was on Evine for a while. Then she disappeared! I used to also see her and Bruce's handbags in the market place. What happened?  Someone told me that Walmart carries some of her handbags but they are not the same quality! What happenned ? I also know that her company bought Tignanello some years back.Tig is still pretty big at the Q but no more KVZ !!

@NicksmomESQKathy and Bruce sold their company to a Chinese conglomerate years ago. They now flip expensive properties in California.

Her bags were faux leather, I carried them back in the day when bags like that were in fashion.  They certain were not quality bags, they weren't meant to be.  I saw them for a while in Marshalls but that was years ago.  Any that show up in stores now must be well over 10 years old.  Van Zeeland did not buy Tig.  She and her husband sold their companies are no longer in the handbag industry.

She had some cute styles back in the day on QVC, but I never bought any because they made of vinyl. And the B Makowsky bags did not wear well, because any water at all ruined them. I have not had that experience with any of my dooneys.

i remember when those BMakowsky bags dominated on the Q. All of a sudden our good quality leather Maxx bags ( $50) bags were gone, and purses were now $300 plus dollars.  Bruce was on constantly in a desperate state to sell his bags.  Then, Poof, GONE!  I was watching the day he told Jane Tracey she was hogging the airtime.  It was disgusting.  Soon after, they were gone from the Q. Bags are now $300 forever and you really have to search for a leather bag under $100  I am glad they are no longer on!

They're gone and forgettable...

And yes, at one time KVZ owned her eponymous brand, BMak and Tig and sold them all, I think, to Fung more than a couple of years ago. She nor he have owned their brands now for several years. While at first it appeared they stuck around in some sort of executive or marketing capacity, apparently that deal sundowned and they both have more or less disappeared from the handbag world... Not to be missed...
