Joy and Iman have another one of their handbags as a Today's Value, on HSN.

Has anyone tried their bags? I know the reviews on earlier bags were awful!

I have a relative who hinted she'd like the new bag, so I checked it out.

For starters the presentation is so ridiculously hysterical, it makes any QVC Host, look like a shy little flower 😉They keep saying over and over, how everyone will think you're carrying the $4,000 bag. That's not only absurd, it's absurdly insulting! Is there anyone that really thinks you can compare an

$89.00 bag, to a $4,000 couture bag? Different bags, catering to different markets, and that's fine. Point out the features of the bag your selling.

Dont insult your customer by trying to convince the person, looking for an entry level sedan, that all their friends will think they're driving a Rolls Royce!

Wheww, cranky tonight -rant over. I think the bags look cheep on screen and the matching wallets really look cheap.

Does anyone have positive experiences? I'm thinking I'd rather spend a bit more money and get something nicer

Have to say it does look like a very expensive handbag, but wouldn't pay a dollar for it because of all the compartments inside of it. With all those compartments, I would never find anything in it in a hurry. You have to have a good memory, lol. It is a classic looking dressy handbag and I love the gold bars on the bottom of it. to purchase, no I wouldn't. Prefer bags without a millon dividers in it.

I got one of her ts bags one time. It was a structured bag and it was awful. Cheap leather over cardboard and a wavy zipper. Went back right away. Never again.

I'm with you. I'd much rather have a bag that opens wide that I can put my own cosmetic bag, wristlet, wallet, etc.. in.

I saw one of the "in the wild", and I have to say it looked cheap even though say it was leather. This was the dome bag they had earlier this year.

I think if HSN had spent a bit more on the bag it would have looked much better.

I only recognized it because of the tag or the logo.

to get the bags under $100 corners have to be cut, I would pass on it.

Don't like anything about it. For the same price, there are better bags to be had. For a little more, there are truly nice bags to be had.

@SuhseYep - saw maybe a minute of that presentation at midnight. Dreadful - the bag and the presentstion. Maybe the presentation will get better as the day goes on. The bag won't.

Joy has great ideas, colorful designs and some of her products are really good. For instance her readers are great. But sometimes she does seem to skip corners. Maybe she just needs to slow down. Her purses look nice, however I bought a purse from Madie Clair with the organizational compartments and it drove me crazy because I could not remember where I put things lol!!! I do love some of Madie's purses but the last I bought did not have the organizational stuff. My Madies hold up well. I have Dooneys that will never wear out But Joys and Imans I will not be buying.

I have a good friend who purchased one of the previous TV bags & she loves it. Or she still did last time she mentioned it.

I like the look & size and organizational compartments this one has though I am not sure all those compartments would leave enough open space for a few things I need to fit in a work tote.

I have seen J&I bags at the HSN Outlet and have not liked the feel of the bags or the hard structure. I'll watch for them to show up there and check them out but I suspect this one will be similar & doubt I will consider purchasing it even at a discounted price because of that.
