Re: Handbag Lovers: Do you have a pack, network of handbag lovers?

@faeriemoon  I'm not sure which iteration of the bag has or had (it might no longer be available) the more golden yellow as opposed to the pebble choice, which is a clear yellow. Given the many choices that would precede yellow, odds are it won't make the cut. I figured the croco would have more structure and I do like it, but again, unless the savings on a good sale, something they rarely have, make it impossible to ignore, it'll probably come after other choices. Enjoy the bags. I do really like my two and I have to say, that red proved to be gorgeous. It was never really on my radar but something took hold of me and I had to have it. Smiley Happy

@faeriemoon  While I'd probably never order it, I also think the lilac is gorgeous. It's on sale often and at a lower price than other sale bags, which makes me think it's not a big seller. Very nice color for spring and summer.

@stevieb I have noticed lilac on sale.  It is a beautiful color, but as someone who has a rose and a blush I could never justify adding lilac to the fleet.

Re: Handbag Lovers: Do you have a pack, network of handbag lovers?

I have always loved handbags and shoes, but have never allowed myself to go wild and buy more than what I need.

At 67, my motto is "less is best" with all things in this house.  Right now I have 8 pair of shoes total, and have gotten rid of my large, heavy handbags.

My friends are very conservative as well, and have fewer bags than me, but more shoes.
