You say, "help please" to your fellow board members.  What do you expect us to do about it?  I can't reach through the TV and slap a piece of duct tape on somebody's mouth.  I'd say you don't want help so much as you just want to vent.

Precisely why I NEVER buy an item based on the TV presentation.  I seldom watch the presenations any more but if I happen to see something I think I'd like, I always check online description and reviews first before purchasing.
