Oh no! Since there are still black bags in stock, and that it will be a 3rd attempt to get it right for you, call CS and ask if they can do a "hand pull". A CS/shipping rep can do an inspection of the bag they intend to send you. 

CS did that process for me for my Roma2 cream snake bag. I received 2 bags with poor quality/peeling handles, so for the 3rd shipment I discussed the option with CS, and I did receive a perfect cream snake Roma2---it's still my fav bag 1 yr later

It was the Dooney A252389 Pebble leather zip zip satchel, a cute bag but not my style.

I called CS and she told me to return it and mark that I want a replacement on the label, she sounded new, so I will call back today and try to speak with someone else.

I don't want to wait 3 weeks for a replacement, my returns seem to take 10 to 14 days to arrive back to them lately? It seems that using the return label makes for very sloooooow shipping.

It wouldn't surprise me.  I think I read on the boards way back when that Aimee actually made what I believe was the last bag Joan Rivers ever offered...  Aimee might well have had a hand in development of some of the Gili bags.  It' seems pretty clear that she and Lisa are pals... and I think we're now seeing the end of the bags with which Lisa was involved.  Personally, I shudder to think what the new guru will come up with now...

I have wished for a smaller Roma bag and this one hits at the right size for me.  I don't like going over 13 inches wide on my bags and the camo, well what can I say?  It just had to make a trip to my home.  I am very happy with my purchase.

I ordered the lavender 2 weeks ago and love it! The color is so unusual yet a modern neutral
I saw the presentation and it looked great in all the colors .
I think the size is perfect and out of all the Gili bags - I think this one transitions from day to night the best because of the smaller size

Excellent news Gsmom! I agree with you that the Roma3 size & siloutte is versatile for day2night. I never take my Roma2 for evening events, she's a bit too big. My camo is still shipping--can't wait to receive it Have a fabulous weekend!

Hello ladies. I haven't been able to sign in since Monday, had to re-register.

@Chi-town girlI did see the presentation, and I wasn't impressed with how they showed the bag, but I do like it. I sure wish it came in the same blush as the Roma 2. I was surprised that I liked the camo, because I typically don't. It showed well on TV.

@Serendipity- my lavender croco is finally calming down with the toxic smell. It's vacay on the patio is over, and now it's allowed in the house. I wish the straps would allow it to go over the shoulder, but overall I like this bag. Are you getting another lavender, or are you done with that color?

Glad your lavender croco is now house trained! You must have great patience. No more lavender croco for me. But guess what? I nabbed an "as is" ivory ostrich Roma 2. Hope it arrives in good shape. There were several of these that have popped up in the last week, in case you're still on the hunt.
