yesterday I received this bag. The front wallet was sewn on way crooked, the top flap covered the wallet's zipper, the strap was wadded up inside the bag, there were no tags. And the previous owner left a couple packets of OTC meds in the front pocket. It seems like every bag I've purchased from this brand I've either returned or donated. The only one I have now is the Everday Essentials crossbody which I like.. but many reviews say that within a few months the snaps tear away from the fabric. We shall see. Just too many issues with poor design and quality to keep on wasting money. Wanted to like this one enough to keep. The color was beautiful.

Why I never buy cheap bags.

I've been buying American Leather bags here lately.

Still Nash lover, but, AL has that triple entry I love so much, softer leather, less weight, and I love their rep.

She's always on point and knows how to show off a bag. Sticks to the point, all business.

Re: Done with IHKWIP

This brand has never appealed to me.  But, then again I don't buy my bags from QVC.  Several years ago, i bought many bags from ShopHQ by Pietro Alessandro.  They were located in NYC and were all leather.  I still carry them today when out and about, they are fabulous and wonderful quality.  Otherwise, I'm strictly a Louis Vuitton girl, with an occasional Hermes.

I never liked the IHKWIP bags. They always looked cheap to me and never liked the style and/or set-up/organization either. I'll stick with Lug.

For leather it's D&B and Patricia Nash.

That's too bad.  I think that pink one is really cute!  I have a similar IHKWIP in silver that I use a lot and so far it has held up pretty well.

I like that it's small and so lightweight when I'm running errands.  I've had it for three months and no problems so far.

However when I want to carry a leather bag, it's usually Brighton or one of my newer favorites, Patricia Nash.  I bought the Nash HSN TS from a couple of weeks ago in red leather.  It's so pretty but I haven't used it yet.

I have the PN Milani (sp) tote in black leather. So classy. Enjoy your new red bag 🥰

I’m sorry about the bag not working out for you. It looks like a cute bag too. Normally nylon bags don’t appeal to me, but when Mary D did a collaboration with lug, I couldn’t resist and bought my first lug bag and wallet. I absolutely love it and glad I bought it. I went back and bought the cosmetics bag too.

@smoochy

Have you tried contacting IHKWIP customer service?  There may be something they can do.

I had a problem with a fairly new Lug wallet & they sent out a replacement right away which has held up.

I swore off IHKWIP a long time ago. All the medium/larger bags shipped in envelope causing a permanent crease.  With the cost of these bags (over $100) I gave up on complaining and returning.  Used to be a Dooney girl but have found American Leather bags to be great!  Love this dome shaped bag, quality is good and it's more lightweight AND shipped in a box with stuffing. Arrived in perfect condition.

I purchased one of their bags a year or two ago. Returned it as it was too heavy and the metal hardware that attached the strap to the bag was really large and too gaudy for me.

I'm also done w/Lug bags.  Have purchase two bags.  Never used the one, and the other was just heavier than what I was used to.
