@Meowing Kitty, I was going to say the exact same thing. I was going to say went off the rails. Coach was initially quite luxury ( no obvious logo) and clean timeless designs. Then I’m thinking in order to capture a younger audience they went in a totally different direction. Ugly designs and cheap materials. Now they are returning to their roots and I’m glad because those classic designs never go out of style.

Coach Spring 2025 Runway Bags Review 6

I love it!!

It's not looking like this bag has any kind of strap option from the pictures I have seen.  But I still want it.

These oversized coin purse bags have been gradually creeping into the mainstream for some time. A number of brands have come out with this look, most are higher end, pricey and sold out, though there are some more 'fashion' priced bags along these lines. I like the look too, and am particularly liking this big reddish-brown version.

I love Coach - it was my first "better" bag when I was a working on wall street and was expensive ! Those days it was more utilatarian looking and leaning toward the orginal business of a fine tannery. I purchased my bag in the flagship store on Madison ave in 1990.  I dont have my old model COACH with all that brass (it wieghed a ton LOL).  I have 1 woven C material bag which I would consider older style - and 4 of the newer leather bags - couple years old that I love .  Since good soft leather is hard to find - I fall back on COACH for that. I think they have reinvented themselves through out the years.  I am a fan.

I used to get all my Coach bags on sale and with coupon when Lord and Taylor was in business. I am using a beautiful crossbody bag right now that I have probably had for 20 years.

I've been a Dooney gal for some time but still poke around different bag forums and websites to see if anything strikes my fancy. Well, long story short, I just ordered my very first and only Coach, a signature Cassie 19, on Amazon for a ridiculously good price, brand new with tags.  I think it will hit all the marks for me - looks, style, quality, and function.  It doesn't hurt that it resembles the LV pouchette metis, which I love but would never ever pay for! I'm excited.

I have about seven Coach bags, but I feel that Dooney bags are superior to Coach in craftsmanship, leather, and style.  Just my opinion of course.
