I love my Brahmin handbags especially in the Melbourne finish.  I do not own the Copa Cabana though.

I'm in a car club and I had forgotten about this very cool bag. Must stalk eBay!

There are quite a few Copas on ebay.  Most of them are brown or copper (my favorite), but I did see a few in chrome.  I had never seen those.

Several years back they did a bright pink background with blue cars.  Not my favorite, but unique.

This year's blue and white is really wonderful, but I cannot bring myself to spend $300+ on a handbag that I already have in another color.

Maybe if I was still working, or had a different lifestyle, but I just cannot justify another.  There is a wonderful wristlet in the copper and all the little accessories are just fab.

Hope you find what you want!

I recently received the new blue Copa Cabana Mini Asher, which I would classify as a "medium" sized bag. Brahmin sent me a very rare coupon of $25- off of $250 and over. Oh my goodness, this bag is STUNNING! The blues are beautiful and the silver wash compliments the style perfectly. DH and I are also "car people", so this bag fits in with my lifestyle. I also have the larger Copper version, and as others have stated, always gets compliments. I recently retired and don't NEED another handbag so I am trying to hold off using it until at least Mother's Day.

I'm still looking at that blue/white bag.  Sigh.  I'm also retired and DO NOT need another bag, but it keeps calling me.

If I can somehow wangle a coupon somewhere I might go for it.  Sadly, I tried a 25% off coupon at online shoes (I think) and got a message saying that brand didn't "honor" such discounts.

So......

Enjoy your bag!  It's a beauty.  I'm getting my copper one out today!

I was googling around for the history of the Brahmin Copa Cabana as I am curious about how long they've been making this pattern and came across your post. My Brahmin obsession began when I was still in college (I'm 29 now) when I saw the Natural, the lightest of the Copa Cabanas, in Dillard's. A college student has no business buying herself a NWT Brahmin. However, I've since spoiled myself with a Jody to use on vacations as I do not like to travel with a large bag, the Istana if I travel with my laptop, and a small tote for everyday. All from eBay. I love the Natural and the Sepia, although I can't afford to love more than one color, ha. This thread just made my heart happy to see other Copa Cabana fans Smiley Wink

I love Brahmin and remember seeing a Copa Cabana a year or so ago in Dillards. I so wish I would have bought that bag!! It was love a first sight, but no - I decided against it. Big mistake! Lesson learned - if you see it and love it - buy it!
