I put my order in for a cottage farm item in Feb. Well I received an email telling me it's been shipped on May 15th to arrive by May 18th. Well I'm waiting and waiting, already charged my cc I'm waiting and waiting. On June 1st I called only to be told there is no more sold out. Is it me or is it poor marketing or planning?

@goldluver I ordered from them in the past but nothing grew well.I don't think plants enjoy the long trips to their new home..I get better results from local nursery.

Poor planing I'd say - I ordered ONE item from Roberta's - the little patio garden (tomato, etc., ) back in March.  Memorial Day arrived but the plants didn't,,,,,,,,,,,,,I placed a cancel request on the order.  However, it hasn't been confirmed; should they arrive and I'm home at the time - I will refuse the package.  Does Roberta's expect me to plant veggies in JULY?

Did they tell you where the order went that was supposedly shipped?  I am just curious.

I pretty much ceased ordering any plants from vendors on QVC.  The only things I have had luck with (years ago) were trees.

Years ago I was shipped and charged for a double order of heirloom tomatoes from Cottage Farms.  That was OK because we love tomatoes, but they could never explain how that happened.  Then I tried a tube of wildflower seeds in a year that was so cold nothing germinated.  Not their fault.  But I haven't tried anything since.  I do hate the fake flowers on the set, show photos instead.

To Alice - Q  Indeed the plants arrived today - in fact - I saw the box on the porch before I saw the email.  All 6 look very healthy - needed water, of course.  With a little sunshine too - they appear happy.  Thank you for looking into the matter.  Now the rest is up to me and Mother Nature.
