My Cottage Farms order was delayed by several days.  From the wilted looks of the plant it must have been sitting in a dark truck or warehouse.  Due to the nature of the pandemic and slow shipping I regret ordering a plant online. I should have known better. I will try to nurse the plant back to life but may not be succesful.

Re: What is the deal with orders from Phillip Watson?

I had posted on another thread that I received all of my plant orders very quickly.  Now I am taking that back.

I ordered the Phillip Watson 6 piece Cleome set.  I ordered it on April 21st.  It has been "in process" for about a week now.  The estimated delivery date is/was May 1st.  Well, it's May 3rd and I don't have my plants.  They still haven't shipped yet either.

If my plants haven't been packaged yet, then that's fine.  I'm in no rush and can wait.  However, the "in process" tag makes me wonder if they are sitting in a box somewhere.  If so, I'll be getting dead plants at some point.

I will have to call for a credit if that's the case, but I really don't want to do that.  I just want my plants here and I'd like to give them a fair chance to grow.  Not sure if that will happen now.  Ugh.

By the way - I ordered two sets of Phillip Watson's mini-roses and those came to me very quickly and healthy.  I know this really isn't anyone's fault due to what is happening in the world and plants should be the least of our problems, but when you pay for a LIVE item, it's not unreasonable to expect it to come in a timely manner.  We are still spending our hard-earned money.
