What is Hissip?

The woman I'm watching, said the bees just love it.  It sounded like that word.  She has a great garden, but not being a gardner, I have no idea if it's spelled that way, but it sounded like that.  Can you tell me what it is?  Thanks.

I just Googled it and it is hyssop. It's a member of the mint family and bees seem to like it. Google for more info.
